KXSW 89.9 FM 10 Year Anniversary

KXSW Corporation For Native Broadcasting.

Celebrating 10 years of Broadcasting in North East South Dakota and the World, (via internet streaming).

First broadcast was at 2:30 pm on Wednesday June 8th, 2011. At 4:30 pm Tom Wilson made a sign that read, "Tune to 89.9 FM" and held it up across from the Early Headstart Building as the tribal workers were leaving from work. "It was a good feeling that we beat the deadline on the construction permit by hours!",remembered Tom Wilson.

On Friday June 11th at 11:30 am to 1 pm, there will be hot dogs, chips and drinks to Celebrate. Sign up for drawings with the Grand Prize of $899.00. Stop by and sign up and have a hot dog, must be present to win prizes and must be 18 years or older.

Outside KXSW Studios on the beautiful campus of the Sisseton Wahpeton College.

First 100 will receive a KXSW t-shirt.

Corporation for Native Broadcasting has included CNB-TV and OyateNews to complete the mission of multimedia (Radio,TV, Newspaper), with new equipment and software expect better output.
