Heipa District

Regular District Meetings are held the third Sunday of each month.

The next regular District Meeting will be held on July 18, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Heipa District Center.

Request for Bids

Vehicles to be bid out as is to Heipa District Members Only.

2002 White Chevy Diesel - mileage: 157,520. The frame is bent and only one door opens. The passenger door does not open.

2007 Silver Jeep Grand Cherokee - mileage: 183,591.

Submit bids to the Heipa District Center by July 16, 2021.

Bids will be opened at the next Regular District Meeting.

According to the Heipa District Elderly Policies and Procedures:

•The Heipa District Elderly are allowed one general welfare request per year, to be dispersed during the Elder's birthday month.

•The Elders must submit an application, the Heipa District Request Form, to the Heipa District Coordinator, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope before the end of their birthday month.

•The general welfare-birthday checks will be dispersed on the 15th of each month.

•On-Reservation Heipa Elders can pick up their birthday checks in person at the Heipa District Center.

•Off-Reservation Heipa Elders will have their birthday checks mailed to them, in the self-addressed stamped envelope they submitted with their application.

Effective January 1, 2019 the following benefits are in place:

•Elderly members 55 yrs to 64 yrs will receive $50.00

•Elderly members 65 yrs or older will receive $100.00

*NO EXCEPTIONS* Heipa District Elderly must submit their completed application before the end of their birthday month in order to receive a birthday check.

Heipa District Elderly Board meets on the first Saturday of each month at 12 noon at the Dakota Connection and again on the third Sunday of each month at 10:00am at the Heipa District Center.
