Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel is seeking to fill the following employment position(s):

Security:

Manager (1 Full-Time, Day/Swing/Grave)

General Function: Manages all security operations. Coordinates and develops security policy and

procedures.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum of three to five years' experience in law

enforcement or security operations. Supervisory experience. Effective communication skills. Ability to handle

diverse situations and/or people. Must be physically fit and able to lift 40 plus lbs. Must complete all security

certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the gaming commission's rules and regulations.

Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.

This position opens September 3, 2021 and closes September 17, 2021.

Accounting:

Count Team Member (1 Full-Time, Rotating schedule/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Responsible for inventory of Cage/Casino coin and chip assets. Assist in providing an

accurate count for daily service drops. Work in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures as

stated in the Dakota Sioux Casino Cage Employee Manual.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Accounting background, the ability to work well with

numbers, computer knowledge is required as well as willingness to be trained in these areas. Heavy lifting

(up to 50 lbs), moving, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.

Must obtain Key Gaming License upon hire.

Porter:

Porter (4 Full-Time and/or Part-Time, Day/Swing/Grave)

General Function: Serves as janitorial/housekeeping staff for guests and casino operations.

Requirements: Physical mobility throughout the facility and surrounding grounds. Able to lift 40-50 lbs.

Must obtain a non-gaming license upon hire.

Lounge:

Server (1 Full-Time, Day/Swing/Weekends)

General Function: Acts as host/hostess for all lounge and casino guests.

Requirements: Basic math skills a must for money handling transactions and responsibilities. Must be able to

stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time. Able to reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe. Able to

carry up to 20 lbs on a continual basis. Able to left up to 50-65 lbs. Excellent communication. Good

organization skills. Must complete Techniques of Alcohol Management Training (TAM).

Must obtain a non-gaming License upon hire.

Table Games:

Black Jack Dealers (6 Full-Time and/or Part-Time)

General Function: Deal the assigned game in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures as

stated in the Dakota Sioux Casino Dealers Manual.

Requirements: Effective communication skills. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must

demonstrate excellent attendance practices. Must obtain a Key Gaming license upon hire.

Hotel:

Maintenance (1 Full-Time, On Call on Weekends)

General Function: Performs plumbing work, including unstopping drains, fixing faucets, repairing leaks.

Repairs damage such as broken locks, or replacing broken locks. Performs landscape maintenance and

grounds work. Checks maintenance logs for repairs needed. Keep a daily log of maintenance assignments.

Updates housekeeping when repairing a room and when finished repairing that room. Performs other

duties as assigned. Should have knowledge and experience in heating and cooling systems.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Previous work experience in one or more areas

required. Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.

These positions will remain open until filled.
