REQUESTING YOUR INPUT!

The Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate Tribe is conducting a feasibility study to consider whether or not to build a new substance abuse treatment program facility. This facility, if built, would house both the existing Dakotah Pride inpatient program as well as the Mayuteca partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, providing a continuum of care in a single location.

As part of this planning we would like the input of the community regarding programs and services offered. This survey is confidential and should only take a few minutes to complete. Please respond by September 17, 2021.

Your participation is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for sharing your experiences and feedback.
