Manager (Full-Time)
Job Description: Supervises and directs the overall functions of the Food & Beverage department. Exhibits a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow employees. Prepare necessary financial narratives reports.

At least 21 years of age.
Minimum requirement-combination of Associate degree in Food & Beverage and/or Culinary with a minimum 2 years of experience in high volume multi-unit restaurant(s), preferably within a casino environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of culinary basics including, recipes, production methods, food presentation, ordering, receiving and tracking.
Knowledge and experience in managing multiple-outlet facilities to include buffets, restaurant, lounges, delis, and bars.
Strong knowledge of POS and inventory Systems.
ServSafe or equivalent certification in food safety (90 days to complete).
Assistant Manager (Full-Time)
Job Description: Assists with supervision and direction of the overall functions of the Food & Beverage department. Exhibits a friendly and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow employees. Assists I preparing necessary financial and narrative reports.
