Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel is seeking to fill the following employment position(s):

Marketing:

Player's Club Representative (2 Full-Time Days/Swing, Weekends)

General Function: Perform a variety of guest services functions to customers, including Player's Club.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Must have computer experience and excellent computer Skills. Working knowledge of casino operations, including floor layout. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Repetitious computer work. Must obtain a Key Gaming license upon hire.

Porter:

Porter (4 Full-Time and/or Part-Time, Day/Swing/Grave)

General Function: Serves as janitorial/housekeeping staff for guests and casino operations.

Requirements: Physical mobility throughout the facility and surrounding grounds. Able to lift 40-50 lbs.

Must obtain a non-gaming license upon hire.

Hotel:

Maintenance (1 Full-Time, On Call on Weekends)

General Function: Performs plumbing work, including unstopping drains, fixing faucets, repairing leaks. Repairs damage such as broken locks, or replacing broken locks. Performs landscape maintenance and grounds work. Checks maintenance logs for repairs needed. Keep a daily log of maintenance assignments. Updates housekeeping when repairing a room and when finished repairing that room. Performs other duties as assigned. Should have knowledge and experience in heating and cooling systems.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Previous work experience in one or more areas required. Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.

Accounting:

Count Team Member (2 Full-Time, Rotating schedule/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Responsible for inventory of Cage/Casino coin and chip assets. Assist in providing an accurate count for daily service drops. Work in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures as stated in the Dakota Sioux Casino Cage Employee Manual.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Accounting background, the ability to work well with numbers, computer knowledge is required as well as willingness to be trained in these areas. Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), moving, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.

Must obtain Key Gaming License upon hire.

Foods:

Restaurant Waitstaff (5 Day/Swing/Weekends/Holidays, Full-Time)

General Function: To seat customers and operate cash register.

Requirements: Responsible for cash bank and cash receipts during your shift. Able to stand for long periods of time. Customer courtesy a must. Other duties as assigned. Must obtain a non-gaming license upon hire.

Hotel:

Night Auditor (1 Grave "9pm-7am"/Weekends/Holidays, Full-Time)

General Function: Responsible for auditing all charges, posting, and correcting errors as required. Reconciles daily activity and compiles daily financial report in a packet for Revenue Audit. Assist the front office team by making reservations, registering guests in and out of rooms, and assists with any guest's special requests.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Team player. Must obtain a non-gaming license upon hire.

Lounge:

Server (1 Full-Time, Day/Swing/Weekends)

General Function: Acts as host/hostess for all lounge and casino guests.

Requirements: Basic math skills a must for money handling transactions and responsibilities. Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time. Able to reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe. Able to carry up to 20 lbs on a continual basis. Able to left up to 50-65 lbs. Excellent communication. Good organization skills. Must complete Techniques of Alcohol Management Training (TAM).

Must obtain a non-gaming License upon hire.

Security:

Sergeant (2 Full-Time, Day/Swing/Grave/Weekends)

General Function: Protect company assets and provides a safe environment for guests and team members. Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with both guests and team members. Maintains security activities and performs credit transactions adhering to company, Tribal, State, and Federal guidelines. Supervises Security Officers. Works closely with Casino and Hotel Management. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Computer experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work irregular hours. No felony on record. Effective communication skills. Ability to handle diverse situations and/or people. Must be physically fit and able to lift 40 plus lbs. Must complete all security certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the gaming commission's rules and regulations. Be dependable and punctual. Supervisory experience is necessary. Should have a law enforcement background. Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.

Facilities:

Maintenance Worker (2 Full-Time, Days/Swing/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Performs plumbing work, including unstopping drains, fixing faucets, repairing leaks. Repairs damage such as broken locks, or replacing broken locks. Performs landscape maintenance and grounds work. Checks maintenance logs for repairs needed. Keep a daily log of maintenance assignments. Experience in carpentry and electrical required. Should have knowledge and experience in heating and cooling systems. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Previous work experience in one or more areas required. Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.

These positions will remain open until filled.

Sportsbook:

Manager (1 Full-Time, work all Shifts, Weekends, Holidays)

General Function: The Sports Book Manager will supervise and oversee the entire sports book operation. Responsible for the oversight of soliciting, developing, planning, and execution of all Sports Book premium guest activities as well as the player tracking and management for Sports Book special events. Ensures sports book operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and operations, are executed in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.

Requirements: Five (5) years of related VIP Services, sales, casino or sports marketing. Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office and computer experience. Telephone etiquette. Great people skills. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Create daily reports and logs. Working knowledge of casino operations, including floor layout. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to handle diverse situations and/or people. Must obtain a Key Gaming license upon hire.
