Sportsbook:

Manager (1 Full-Time, Rotating Schedule, Weekends, Holidays)

General Function: The Sports Book Manager will supervise and oversee the entire sports book operations. Responsible for the oversight of soliciting, developing, planning, and execution of all Sports Book premium guest activities as well as the player tracking and management for Sports Book special events. Ensures Sports Book operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and operations are executed in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Plus one (1) year related gaming experience in Sports Betting. Five (5) years of Gaming Industry management experience. Or five (5) years of related experience in VIP Services, Sales, Casino or Sports Marketing. Excellent guest services, interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with a diverse group of people and co-workers. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Repetitious computer work. Be able to be exposed to loud and continual noise levels and a smoked filled environment. Must obtain a Key Gaming license upon hire.

Shift Supervisor (2 Full-Time, Days/Swings/Graves/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Supervision of the sports book operations during assigned shift including but not limited to approving or denying wagers from customers, scheduling of staff, and ensuring compliance.

Requirements: High School diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Keyboard skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent telephone communication skills. Knowledge of company policies and procedures (i.e. Personnel Policies, SOP's, IC's). General knowledge of sports teams and games. Must have cash handling experience. Knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures. Must possess mathematical ability (addition and subtraction) to accurately pay and collect funds for guests. Must obtain a "Key-Gaming license" upon hire.

Writer/Teller (3 Full-Time, Days/Swings/Graves/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: The Writer/Teller will provide exceptional service and create a fun and welcoming experience for all guests within the Sports Book area. The Writer/Teller must be able to process all Sports Book transactions quickly, accurately, and in accordance with wagering and payment policies.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Have proficient typing and keyboard skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional telephone communicational experience and skills. Cash handling experience. Must obtain Key-Gaming license upon hire. Physical demands: Must have the ability to perform basic housekeeping duties of the reception area. Walking up and down stairs, stooping, standing and sitting for long periods of time and lifting. The Gaming floor and Sports book is a working environment of frequent load noises, flashing lights, and cigarette smoke. Must be able to work and communicate with a diverse group of people and employees. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile customers. There is high volume direct public contact. Must wear a face-mask at all times.

Marketing:

Player's Club Coordinator (1 Full-Time Days/Swing, Weekends, Holidays)

General Function: Oversees counter operations and administrative functions of Player's Club, Kiosk Promotions, and Player Development.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Prefer a College graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Should have knowledge of computer applications such as: Microsoft Office, Oasis Superplaymate, Atrient Kiosks, etc... Excellent guest services, organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well with a diverse group of people and co-workers. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Repetitious computer work. Must obtain a Key Gaming license upon hire.

Porter:

Porter (4 Full-Time and/or Part-Time, Day/Swing/Grave)

General Function: Serves as janitorial/housekeeping staff for guests and casino operations.

Requirements: Physical mobility throughout the facility and surrounding grounds. Able to lift 40-50 lbs.

Must obtain a non-gaming license upon hire.

Hotel:

Maintenance (1 Full-Time, On Call on Weekends)

General Function: Performs plumbing work, including unstopping drains, fixing faucets, repairing leaks. Repairs damage such as broken locks, or replacing broken locks. Performs landscape maintenance and grounds work. Checks maintenance logs for repairs needed. Keep a daily log of maintenance assignments. Updates housekeeping when repairing a room and when finished repairing that room. Performs other duties as assigned. Should have knowledge and experience in heating and cooling systems.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Previous work experience in one or more areas required. Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.

Accounting:

Count Team Member (2 Full-Time, Rotating schedule/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Responsible for inventory of Cage/Casino coin and chip assets. Assist in providing an accurate count for daily service drops. Work in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures as stated in the Dakota Sioux Casino Cage Employee Manual.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Accounting background, the ability to work well with numbers, computer knowledge is required as well as willingness to be trained in these areas. Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), moving, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time. Must obtain Key Gaming License upon hire.

Foods:

Restaurant Waitstaff (5 Day/Swing/Weekends/Holidays, Full-Time)

General Function: To seat customers and operate cash register.

Requirements: Responsible for cash bank and cash receipts during your shift. Able to stand for long periods of time. Customer courtesy a must. Other duties as assigned. Must obtain a non-gaming license upon hire.

Lounge:

Bartender (1 Full-Time, Day/Swing/Weekends)

General Function: To provide courteous and efficient beverage service to guests at our casino.

Requirements: Basic math skills a must for money handling transactions and responsibilities. Basic Reading and computer skills. Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Be familiar with standard drink recipies. Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time. Able to reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe. Able to carry up to 20 lbs on a continual basis. Able to lift up to 50-65 lbs. Excellent communication. Good organization skills. Must complete Techniques of Alcohol Management Training (TAM). Must obtain a non-gaming License upon hire.

Cage:

Cage Cashier (1 Fulltime, Day/Swing/Grave/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Responsible for providing our casino guests with excellent cashier services, efficiently and accurately while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Services include cash exchange and check cashing transactions, as well as other monetary transfer of funds.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Responsibility and accountability for bank. Able to stand for long periods of time. Customer courtesy a must. Must obtain a Key-Gaming license upon hire.

Security:

Officer (3 Full-Time, Day/Swing/Grave/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Protect company assets and provides a safe environment for guests and team members. Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with both guests and team members. Maintains security activities and performs credit transactions adhering to company, Tribal, State, and Federal guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Computer experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work irregular hours. No felony on record. Effective communication skills. Ability to handle diverse situations and/or people. Must be physically fit and able to lift 40 plus lbs. Must complete all security certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the gaming commission's rules and regulations. Be dependable and punctual. Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.

Sergeant (2 Full-Time, Day/Swing/Grave/Weekends)

General Function: Protect company assets and provides a safe environment for guests and team members. Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with both guests and team members. Maintains security activities and performs credit transactions adhering to company, Tribal, State, and Federal guidelines. Supervises Security Officers. Works closely with Casino and Hotel Management. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. Computer experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work irregular hours. No felony on record. Effective communication skills. Ability to handle diverse situations and/or people. Must be physically fit and able to lift 40 plus lbs. Must complete all security certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the gaming commission's rules and regulations. Be dependable and punctual. Supervisory experience is necessary. Should have a law enforcement background. Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.

Facilities:

Maintenance Worker (2 Full-Time, Days/Swing/Weekends/Holidays)

General Function: Performs plumbing work, including unstopping drains, fixing faucets, repairing leaks. Repairs damage such as broken locks, or replacing broken locks. Performs landscape maintenance and grounds work. Checks maintenance logs for repairs needed. Keep a daily log of maintenance assignments. Experience in carpentry and electrical required. Should have knowledge and experience in heating and cooling systems. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Previous work experience in one or more areas required. Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.
