Lunch will be served at 5:00 p.m.
Meeting will start at 6:00 p.m.

**Face masks are MANDATORY at all times while in the District Center!
Face masks will be provided if you don’t have one.
Birthday checks are done at the District Meetings ONLY!
May Birthdays:
Birthday checks for April birthdays ages 18 years old to 54 years old will be distributed at the district meeting. Must be present to pick up birthday check and must bring a photo ID.

Buffalo Lake District will be accepting résumés for a District Coordinator (temporary position). The District Coordinator will be responsible for:
SUMMARY:
This job is a 30-day temporary position for up to and no more than 24 hours a week. The main job duties will be to assist the district members in completing a “2022 needs assessment” either online or by hard copy. If district member is completing the assessment on a hard copy, the District Coordinator will be responsible to accurately input the information into the online database. The District Coordinator will operate in a professional office environment. Welcomes district members by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
• Knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Must be articulate and possess proficient writing skills
• Must be proficient in typing and transcription
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Preferred:
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Knowledge of policies and procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide callers with information relating to the business.
2. Greet persons entering the district center in a professional manner.
3. General administrative and clerical support.
4. Maintain appointments diary either manually or electronically.
5. Assist district members in completing the “needs assessment” either online or by hard copy.
6. Accurately input information from the “needs assessment” to the online data base.
The District Coordinator, while performing their job duties, may have access or be required to view confidential information. Disclosure of this information could infringe upon the privacy expectations of District Members or adversely impact the Buffalo Lake District.
Disclosure of confidential information will be grounds for removal as the District Coordinator. No records will be reproduced or removed from the district center without the written consent of the District Executives.
The District Coordinator will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement Form.
The District Coordinator may be required to work some evenings and/or weekends.
